藍牙低功耗(BLE)SiP模組- A8107 SiP模組(已過FCC 認證,BQB)
瑋忠科技(Avantcom)于2015年12月发表蓝牙低功耗 (Bluetooth LE) SiP模組,
命名为A8107SiP module。
A8107SiP module 将笙科的A8017与相关的RF匹配线路整合其中,
并有24个GPIO与各种数字接口与ICE 接口。
A8107SiP module已通过的BQB的认证并取的QDID。
A8107SiP module 大小为21.5x12.5mm,可提供客户更精简的设计,
模組內有16MHz与32.768KHz Crystal,天线与电源即可工作。
可适用于小体积的产品应用,如穿戴式装置,或外观像笔或钥匙等小物品的应用。
亦适合没有硬件与RF相关经验的系统整合厂商,
PCB上只要一颗A8107SiP Module就是全部的设计。
此外,A8107SiP module还提供SOC内含Crystal封装,
只要外接天线与电源即可。
A8107SiP Module 内部A8107 CPU核心为1T 8051 可提供快速运算。
内部规划128Kbytes 配置,数字接口有UART、I2C、SPI,并有4 个PWM 输出,
1个16-bit timer与2个8-bit timer, 这些接口与GPIO共享脚位,
可依使用情境设定应用。
A8107内部有配置两个ADC,分别为12bit 与8bits ADC。
12bit ADC提供8信道可量测外部讯号;8bits ADC提供RSSI的量测,
可量测范围从-100dBm到+0dBm。
并采用笙科自行开发BLE协议栈。
精简且功能弹性的协议栈,支持多种profiles与services。
笙科提供APP 让客户可以完成OTA流程。
A8107支持AES128,提供加密的は线通信可做为安全相关的应用。

 performance of a leading 2.4GHz FSK/GFSK RF transceiver.

  M0藍芽低功耗(Bluetooth LE) SoC IC- A8107M0 - AMICCOM笙科電子
笙科電子(AMICCOM)於2016年9月發表新一代的藍牙低功耗 (Bluetooth LE) SoC芯片,命名為A8107M0。
A8107M0整合ARM® Cortex®-M0,內建256 Kbytes Flash Memory、32KBytes SRAM,並有16/23/32個GPIO與
各種數位介面。
A8107M0的RF是笙科電子新一代的RF設計,擁有優異的特性並大幅改善前一代BLE產品的功耗。
A8107M0並有DCDC變壓器,提供更有效率電源應用。在輸入3.3V 的DCDC的模式下,
RX 模式為6.6mA,TX模式為9.3 mA (+5dBm)。並有可程式化的RF輸出功率 -14dBm ~ +6dBm,
接收靈敏度為 -94dBm (@1Mbps GFSK),可程式化調整傳輸速度 (2Mbps ~ 250Kbps)。
內部CPU核心為ARM Cotrex-M0 可提供快速運算。A8107M0配有多種數位介面如UART、I2C、
SPI,PWM與Timer,這些介面與GPIO共用腳位,可依使用情境設定應用。
A8107M0內部有12bit ADC,可提供最多8通道可量測外部訊號;A8107M0有配置三種I/O數量,
分別是16,23與31 I/O。此外,A8107M0有i80介面,可配合DMA(Direct Memory Access) 
操作,可讀取SPI Flash並對外部的LCD 快速進行寫入,更新畫面以達到動畫的效果。

整體而言,A8107M0是高效能低成本的藍牙低功耗(Bluetooth LE)SoC芯片,提供便利且易於
開發的協議棧,支援多種數位介面與齊全的I/O,全部功能都整合在QFN5x5與QFN6x6的芯片裡,
可為客戶提供精簡方便的藍牙低功耗方案。
