  SN8P2501 SONIX ªQ¿«¬ì§Þ
The SN8P2501B is a RISC-like high performance and low power consumption 8-bit micro-controller. One clock per instruction cycle (1T) architecture will provide up to 16MIPS computation power. Also, the high EFT (Electrical Fast Transients) protection capability let this device is suitable for high noisy industrial application. The device is designed with the excellent IC structure including the program memory up to 1K-word OTP ROM, data memory of 48-bytes RAM, Two 8-bit timer (T0, TC0), a watchdog timer, three interrupt sources (T0, TC0, INT0), and 4-level stack buffers. Besides, user can choose desired oscillator configuration for the controller. There are four external oscillator configurations to select for generating system clock, including High/Low speed crystal, ceramic resonator or cost-saving RC. HE43001  Power Bank PMU Supports 1.5A Li-Ion Linear Battery
Charger with Integrated Power Path Function and
Boost Controller

HE43001 is an integrated Li-ion linear charger and system power path management device targeted at
space-limited portable applications. The device operates from either a USB port or AC adapter and
supports charge current up to 1.5A. The input voltage range with input overvoltage protection supports
unregulated adapters. The USB input current limit accuracy and start up sequence allow HE43001 to
meet USB-IF inrush current specification. Additionally, the input intelligent power management (VIN-IPM)
prevents the charger from crashing incorrectly configured USB sources.

HE43001 features intelligent power path management (IPPM) that powers the system while simultaneouslyand independently charging the battery. The IPPM circuit reduces the charge current when the input current limit causes the system output to fall to the IPPM threshold; thus, supplying the system load at all times while monitoring the charge current separately.This feature reduces the number of charge and discharge cycles on the battery and allows for proper charge termination and enables the system to run with a defective or absent battery pack.Additionally, the regulated system input enables instant system turn-on when plugged in even with a fully discharged battery. The power-path management architecture also allows the battery to supplement the system current requirements when the adapter is not able to deliver the peak system currents, enabling the use of a smaller adapter.
The battery is charged in three statuses: pre-charge, constant current and constant voltage. In all charge statuses, an internal control loop monitors the IC junction temperature and reduces the charge current if the internal temperature threshold is exceeded. The input current limit and charge current are
programmable using external resistors.
